An early intervention aid to preventing, managing and resolving conflict within families – Free training opportunity!
The subject of conflict resolution is vast; however, this training identifies generic core elements that individuals, irrespective of their role, will benefit from. The training will give participants the opportunity to self reflect and understand some of the dynamics of conflict within relationships. The training supports the overall aim of the SCCR – to contribute to reducing the risk of youth homelessness through improving relationships and reducing family conflict.
Who is it for?
The course is aimed at practitioners. professionals or volunteers from any sector working with families, parents and young people and has been designed in such a way that it allows the participants to share their knowledge and experience with like-minded individuals. The delivery is informal and is a mix of presentation, discussion, activity and evaluation.
