The Trust allocates funds to clubs, charitable organisations and good causes in and around St Andrews. It aims to support local community projects that meet one or more of its objectives, including focusing on the community, education, environment, heritage, health and supporting those in need.
The Trust has provided financial support to a broad spectrum of local projects and voluntary organisations, including youth groups, schools, sports clubs, support groups, environmental projects and the theatre and arts. Applications are considered three times a year at its board meetings in February, June and October.
