We are encouraging the youth work sector to reach out to College and University partners to explore potential to collaborate and for this opportunity to benefit young people through youth work. The application deadline is 15th September.
The Test and Learn Project has 3 objectives:
The Test and Learn Project will provide grants for Scottish colleges and universities to offer opportunities to learn and share new skills and experiences through mobilities and strategic partnerships/alliances.
Opportunities for higher education institution led collaborative grants are open to Scottish organisations from across the education and training sector, including schools, universities, further education colleges, youth work, adult learning, sport, and providers of vocational education and training. Grant funding can also be used to support participation in or development of international partnerships or networks and alliances.
The Test and Learn Project is a small-scale international exchange funding project developed and delivered by Scottish Government in collaboration with colleges and universities. The aim of the project is to support Scottish institutions to develop stronger international partnerships. Universities and colleges can apply for up to £25,000 but can apply for an additional £10,000 if they involve other sector partners e.g. youth work, which is specifically mentioned.
For additional information on the Test and Learn project, including application forms contact the International Higher Education team at ExchangeProgramme@gov.scot.
