The Engineering Development Trust are recruiting enthusiastic Casual Programme Workers to deliver engaging STEM experiences. In this role, you’ll run hands‑on workshops (both virtual and in‑person), lead and motivate groups of young people, and provide pastoral and safeguarding support.

The Engineering Development Trust (EDT) are recruiting enthusiastic Casual Programme Workers to deliver engaging STEM experiences. In this role, you’ll run hands‑on workshops (both virtual and in‑person), lead and motivate groups of young people, and provide pastoral and safeguarding support.

You’ll also help with logistics, including activity setup and sign‑in, and work closely with schools, industry partners, and host venues.

EDT are looking for confident communicators who enjoy working with young people and bring a friendly, proactive, and professional approach. Strong organisation skills and reliability are key, and experience in youth work or STEM is a bonus.

You’ll need a PVG (or be willing to obtain one), the right to work in the UK, and be able to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
