YMCA Scotland is looking for a qualified youth worker with project management experience, along with experience of working with volunteers.
YMCA Scotland is seeking an energetic, skilled and visionary youth work manager to develop Denny YMCA, primarily through the delivery of Y’s Girls, a mentoring programme for young women aged 9-14. The job will include working with the local YMCA Board of Management to grow the impact and sustainability of Denny YMCA in the wider community.
They are looking for an experienced youth worker with excellent people management and project development skills.
You will be responsible for recruiting, managing and supporting volunteer mentors, managing all aspects of programme development including budget management and overseeing project monitoring and evaluation. You will be supported in the role by YMCA Scotland’s National Programme Director and Income Generation Officer.
