It’s important for youth work and schools partnerships to be able to effectively assess the impact of their collaborative working, and the contribution this is making to improved educational outcomes for young people.
The National Youth Work Outcomes and Skills Framework is a useful tool to underpin a joint approach to evaluation, and The Youth Work and Schools Partnerships Team has also developed a set of resources to help youth work teams and school partners work together measure impact.
We’re currently offering training support locally to youth work teams who are interested in strengthening their approach to collaborative evaluation with schools. Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more.
The resources below provide guidance to support joint evaluation between youth work and schools.
