The network allows national voluntary youth work organisation CEOs to meet on a regular basis in order to facilitate peer support on management issues and enable discussion and response to key policy issues which impact on voluntary youth organisations.
Membership of this Network is open to voluntary sector youth work organisations that have a nationwide remit and are in membership of YouthLink Scotland. The Network is principally for engagement by Chief Officers/Lead Officers, or their deputy, as determined by each organisation.
These meetings provide a forum for discussing issues affecting the sector, for receiving briefings from national agencies and the opportunity to influence policy and share information. In addition meetings provide time for networking between colleagues and the opportunity to share good practice and learning between members.
