PIPS Network Meeting: Exploring the Findings from University of Florida Students Research

The next PIPS Network meeting, students from Florida University will present their research findings on the issues women and girls identify as having the greatest negative impact on their communities, how these differ intergenerationally and the perceptions of 9-11 year olds of gender, and how this impacts on their lives, behaviours and their decision making processes.

UofF students will be presenting their findings followed by a Q&A session.

Fast Forward will be hosting the 3rd annual University of Florida student placements – findings on the following topics will be shared during the meeting: ​

  1. What are the issues women and girls identify as having the greatest negative impact on their communities, and how do these differ intergenerationally?
  2. What are the perceptions of 9-11 year olds, of gender, and how does this impact on their lives, behaviours and their decision making processes?
  3. What is the efficacy of Global South–North learning in youth work?
