Through this funding, communities are able to improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and access essential skills and resources, helping people feel more connected, resilient and supported. The next deadline is 31st August.
The Customer and Community Investment Fund (CCIF), is a funding scheme for community projects. The fund allows LNER to work in partnership with charities, their customers and the communities located along the LNER route.
The application must support one of the following three priorities:
Better for People Fostering
A culture of equality, that champions diversity and inclusivity. Creating a culture of positive mental health, bringing people and communities together.
Better for Places
Creating skilled and inclusive communities along their networks that can thrive.
Better for Planet
Conserve resources, reduce waste and reuse where possible.
Your project must be based within 15 miles of the LNER route in England or Scotland.
