Benefact Group Movement for Good Awards

The Movement for Good Awards are the Benefact Group’s annual programme of giving that anyone can get involved in, and again this year they will be donating over £1 million to charities and good causes.

£1,000 draws:

• Nominations are accepted between 1st January and 16th December 2026. 
• During this time anyone can nominate their favourite charity or charities for an award of £1,000 – it’s one nomination per charity, per person.
• You can nominate a registered charity, not-for-profit organisation or community interest company in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. Click here to see the full terms and conditions.
• There are three  £1,000 draws in 2026, so the earlier you nominate, the more chances your charity has of being drawn.
• Once you’ve nominated, your charity will be included in all the remaining £1,000 draws in 2025.
• The more nominations a charity gets, the better their chances of being drawn, so once you’ve nominated please share with your network.
• Please note: Nominations from previous years do not roll over.

£5,000 special draws:

• These are special five day draws that support one charity sector each.
• If your favourite charity is in the £1,000 draw, you’ll need to enter them into the special draw too if they are eligible.

When to nominate

The earlier you nominate a charity, the more opportunities they have to be selected in random draws. One nomination per charity per person permitted.

The first 100 winning charities will be drawn between:

• 23rd to 27th March
• 7th to 11th September
• 1st to 16th December

The closing date and time for submitting a nomination form for each draw is 23:59 the day
before each draw.
