The Novum Trust provides small short-term, one-off grants generally of between £500 and £2,500 to support distinctively new and Scottish projects in Christian action and research. The projects should not be readily able to be financed from other sources and should focus on the welfare of young people, the training of lay people or new ways of communicating the Christian faith. The Trustees are drawn from a wide spectrum of backgrounds including youth work.
The Trustees meet twice a year, in May and November, to consider applications. Applications must be received by 15th April for the May meeting and 15th October for the November meeting to be considered.
To apply for a grant, the application form must be completed. Please refer to the guidance notes when filling out the form as this gives advice on the type and scope of information to provide to support your application.
