The Trust aims to support small community groups of charities with an income of £125,000 or less per annum based in Scotland and providing services across Scotland.
The Trust will consider a maximum award of £25,000. However, the average award is in the region of £3,500. It will consider funding specific activities and services in sport, recreational facilities, animal welfare, health, and cultural projects to improve the quality of life for people, either through a particular field of expertise or via a local community.
The closing date for applications falls twice a year (end of February and end of August). The next deadline for applications is 29 February 2024.
