The Wolfson Foundation has a wide range of funding programmes and activities. Their fundamental aim is to improve the civic health of society, mainly through education and research. More specifically, they support excellence in the fields of education, science and medicine; health and disability; and heritage, humanities and the arts.
The programmes can be grouped into funding for places (capital funding) and funding for people.
