The aim of the Vibrant Communities service is to support and empower the communities in Angus. Our priorities are:

• To maximise inclusion and reduce inequalities
• Our communities to be strong, resilient and led by citizens

Working with groups and individuals, particularly those facing discrimination and disadvantage, we support young people, adults, families and wider community to engage in learning, personal development, and active citizenship with a focus on bringing about change in their lives and communities.
