They are inviting expressions of interest from people who are embedded in this work across the UK, to join an in-depth period of collaboration and co-design that will develop and test ideas as to how this funding can be used. The deadline for expressions of interest is 12 noon on Monday 13th October, and more information can be found here.

The Ideas Fund has also published a new Insights Report, focussing on learning around the role of the ‘broker’ in supporting communities and researchers to work together. The report can be found here, which also includes a link to sign up for an online learning session to hear more, at 12:30 on 1st October. The session is being delivered in conjunction with Roisin McLaughlin from North West Community Network in Derry, who has been a Development Co-ordinator on the Fund since its launch, and the University of Bath to hear about their experiences of creating a ‘Community Connector’ role.
