Creative arts charity Impact Arts has been accepted to take part in Arts For Impact, Big Give’s seven-day online match funding campaign supporting arts and culture charities working to achieve societal impact across the UK. Every donation made to Impact Arts via Big Give’s website between midday on 18th March and midday on 25th March will be doubled by Big Give’s partners. The charity’s target is £5,000 which, if reached via public donations, will be doubled to £10,000.
Impact Arts is raising funds for CashBack to the Future All funds raised by Impact Arts will go towards the charity’s transformative youth arts programme, CashBack to the Future, which has hubs in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and North Ayrshire. Impact Arts works with young people from Scotland’s most disadvantaged communities, affected by poor life chances. Participants include those who are struggling with poor mental health, care experienced, neurodivergent, lacking prior employment experience or qualifications, LGBTQ+, homeless or at risk of homelessness, and/or have experienced trauma.
