The Scottish Government has confirmed that indoor youth work services will shortly be able to resume, in line with official guidance, with an indicative date of 31 August.
The government has updated its Route Map Phase Three guidance accordingly, after First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced in her daily Covid-19 update that it is not yet possible to move to phase four.
In relation to youth work activities, updated Scottish Government guidance now says: “Indoor activities for children and young people (unregulated) can take place from 31st August following guidance which will vary by sector”.
