Young Scot has partnered with Fast Forward to launch a new gambling support hub ‘Know The Odds’ bringing together trusted information, practical advice and support in one place to help young people make informed choices and access help if they need it.
The hub features a range of engaging articles and resources exploring the issues young people are most likely to encounter, including the addictive nature of dating apps, loot boxes in gaming, gambling in sport and how to support a friend experiencing gambling-related harm.
Know The Odds has been developed in direct response to what young people disclosed in the Young People and Gambling & Young People and Gaming Survey Report 2026.
While more than a third (37%) of the young people surveyed said they wanted access to anonymous support for gambling and advice on helping friends and family affected by gambling-related harm, many weren’t sure where to find it. The hub brings together trusted, accessible information in one place, making it easier for young people to seek support whenever they need it.
