The survey includes topics on staff and volunteer numbers, focus on CLD activities, qualifications, career plans, and challenges for the CLD workforce. It should develop important insights to help better understand and support the workforce moving forward. The survey is open to open to all organisations and individuals working and volunteering in youth work – including the voluntary and community sector and local authorities.
The purpose of the survey is to capture workforce data, building on what was found in the last survey conducted in 2018.

The survey will be open for around eight weeks closing at the end of February, please complete as soon as possible for your responses to be counted.
