What will you be doing?
You will be a member of a decision making group who will shape and deliver a Creative Scotland fund designed to boost the creativity of isolated young people.

No experience needed! You will be supported by the team at Moniack Mhor throughout the whole project.

Who will the fund be for?
This fund will support isolated and marginalised people aged 8-30 in their creative practice.

Who’s involved

Creative Scotland is the public body that supports the arts, screen and creative industries across all parts of Scotland on behalf of everyone who lives, works or visits here.

Moniack Mhor is a beautiful creative writing retreat centre, in the hills above Loch Ness in the Highlands of Scotland. We both work with people across Scotland and develop their creative lives.

What’s involved

This one-year project will offer creative opportunities and development for people aged 8-30 across Scotland.
Hours will be flexible and you’d probably need to be able to work a few hours per month. You will be reimbursed for your time in a way that works for you, this might be bank transfers, vouchers etc. The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour.

Geography isn’t an issue, as you can work remotely and when you come to Moniack Mhor for a residential, your travel expenses will be covered.
