The Scottish Fair Trade Awards celebrate the people and groups who make Scotland a vibrant Fair Trade Nation. In 2025, Scottish Fair Trade is launching the Awards during Fair Trade for the Future Week, focusing on the involvement of younger people in fair and sustainable global issues such as Fair Trade. The deadline for entries is 5pm on 1st May.
Fair Trade for the Future week takes place from 3rd to 7th March, and the Scottish Fair Trade Awards will focus on the following age categories: under 12; 13-18; & 18+. And there are prizes to be won!
The Awards give campaigners across Scotland the opportunity to link up with local schools, colleges, universities and youth groups to invite them to get involved.
How to enter
To enter send in a piece of art, words, a short video, a presentation or other creative idea in line with the chosen category. Some categories ask you to tell us about activities that have already taken place, and others enable you to talk about your future plans.
Entries can be from an individual or a group but all members within the group should fall within the same age category.
The judges will include a small group of people of all ages with an interest in Fair Trade.
