Social Security Scotland research needs 16 to 24 year olds

Social Security Scotland wants to improve its service for young people. To do so, researchers want to talk to people aged 16 to 24 years.

As part of a drive to better services for young people Social Security Scotland want to hear from people aged 16 to 24 years old about how they view benefits, what they think, and how they use their website.

If you work with people aged 16 to 24 who have used the service, please encourage them to register for this research.

You can find out more on the Scottish Government website, where you will also find  a link to the registration form that you could share on your social media. There are also options outlined for people to register in other ways should the young people you work with not have access to the internet or should they prefer to communicate with us in other ways.
