The Boost Programme
The Boost, aimed at girls aged 14-16, is focused on building young women’s skills and confidence so that they are not limited by gender stereotypes when choosing school subjects or careers.
This is achieved by providing engaging opportunities to enhance practical life skills and financial literacy, preparing participants to enter the workplace. Also on offer is authentic interactions with female leaders as role models, while engaging in fun and interactive activities with their peers in a safe space through The BOOST ‘bootcamps’.
Sponsored by First Sentier, this program establishes a link to the finance sector, showcasing a myriad of possibilities that extend beyond traditional expectations.
