The LGBT Charter is an equalities accreditation programme, offering businesses a framework to evaluate and enhance inclusivity for both staff and customers. Through a structured journey involving policy audits, training, outreach, and resource development, workplaces build knowledge and confidence to create LGBTQ+ inclusive environments.

Led by a dedicated Charter Manager, participants receive guidance tailored to their organisational needs, helping them achieve Bronze, Silver, or Gold accreditation based on the depth and breadth of their commitment.

Charter participants embark on a structured programme that includes staff training, policy refinement, community engagement, and brand representation. This is a collaborative process that encourages continuous growth and improvement, ultimately creating spaces where everyone can thrive authentically.

The LGBT Charter for Workplaces offers resources, support, and expert guidance to help you build a truly inclusive workplace.
