The Scottish Wildlife Trust is inviting your class or group to explore Scotland’s rich natural and literary heritage. They have selected some of their favourite passages from Scottish nature writing old and new, and want to encourage young readers to engage with them through art, writing or debate. And with a quote from Robert Burns in the mix, it’s a great way to celebrate Burns Day!

The Scottish Wildlife Trust has designed three session plans, with accompanying resources, for your class or group. Each session is designed to be an hour long, and can be customised to suit the young people you work with.
The three sessions have different aims:
