Youth and Global Citizenship: Building Networks Between the UK and Spain - Call for Participants

The workshop will bring together 30 participants from the UK and 30 from Spain, with a genuine interest in developing long-term European cooperation and implementing Erasmus+ Youth mobility projects.

Emphasis will be placed on organisations working  with young people with fewer opportunities and underrepresented groups, as well as organisations addressing the main topic of the event “Youth and global citizenship” and priorities such as inclusion and diversity, youth participation, quality youth work and access to international mobility.  UK participants will primarily include organisations that are new or relatively new to Erasmus+, but which have the capacity and commitment to develop and deliver international youth projects.

Get in touch if you:

• Have a genuine interest in participating in Erasmus+ Youth from 2027.
• Are new or relatively new to Erasmus+, with limited or no previous experience of developing Erasmus+ Youth projects.
• Do not currently have established European partnerships in place and are actively looking to identify suitable partners through the workshop.
• Intend to submit an Erasmus+ Youth KA1 application in February 2027, rather than attending primarily for general networking. The workshop is explicitly designed around developing concrete KA1 project concepts and applications.
• Can identify the young people they want to work with and the needs they want to address, as well as the type of KA1 activity they are interested in.
• Have the organisational capacity and commitment to develop and deliver an international youth project, despite being new to Erasmus+.
• Are able to participate in the full programme in Zaragoza, Spain.
