Find out how you can be part of a new project bringing young people together from across the country, to listen to their concerns, and develop their skills in political debate, media literacy and ethical leadership.
Cumberland Lodge is launching a project called “Youth & Democracy: Re-Imagining our Political Future” to understand young people’s perspectives on democracy and how to increase their engagement.
They plan to facilitate focus groups as a key part of this project, providing a space for young people to share their concerns and ideas about democracy in a facilitated discussion. Their insights will help shape this project and the workshops, learning materials, and content that they are able to offer as part of it.
The aim is to ultimately, re-imagine the future of democracy with young voices at the forefront. They are seeking to engage with organisations working with young people who don’t always have opportunities to have their voices heard, who might be interested in participating in the project.
