It’s been another challenging year for our youth work sector but what shines through for all of us in the last 12 months is the hope, optimism and dedication of youth workers across the country and the staff and board of YouthLink Scotland.
We continue to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people and those who support them. We continue to demonstrate and evidence the transformational effect of youth work, especially for those living with the barriers of poverty and deprivation. We continue to fight for sustainable long-term investment in youth work services. And we continue to campaign for young people to have a right to access youth work, no matter where they live or what their circumstances are.
Our annual report is a summary of what can only be described as a jam-packed year, working in partnership with the sector, supporting our members, ensuring the voices of young people are not only heard but listened to and influencing our decisionmakers to #InvestInYouthWork.
