As the collective voice of the youth work sector, we primarily share jobs aimed at youth workers, managers, senior appointments and job opportunities in the wider CLD and third sector in Scotland.

Youth Scotland is seeking a visible, values‑led Chief Executive to lead the organisation into its next phase —strengthening their network, championing youth work nationally, and working with partners and funders to secure sustainable impact.

Youth Leadership Development Officer
Girlguiding Scotland is looking for a collaborative and supportive youth leadership development officer to help disadvantaged girls and young women to build leadership skills and confidence through Girlguiding Scotland’s community-based youthwork opportunities. This role is a maternity cover until end of March 2027.

Youth Worker
LGBT Youth Scotland is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person to support the delivery of their youth work services.

Fundraiser
Youth Scotland is looking for a Fundraiser to join their team and help strengthen our fundraising activity, supporting community-based youth work across Scotland.
