Working within SYP’s youth-led structure, the Membership Development Officer will work with the Participation and Programmes team to support the delivery of the SYP Elections and deliver their membership and candidate development programmes, in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Working with the Participation and Programmes Team to support the delivery of SYP’s Participation Framework, National Voluntary Organisation Framework, and Youth Voice Framework. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and external partners to support delivery of SYP’s 2026 national elections. Leading on developing, delivering, and evaluating SYP’s training and development offers for young people. Working closely with colleagues to develop and support participation activities across the organisation. Other relevant duties to support the organisation as required.
