Youth Worker (Tayside)

Organisation: LGBT Youth Scotland
Job title: Youth Worker (Tayside)
Contract: Part-time (12 hours per week). Fixed term to 31st March 2027 with the possibility of extension subject to funding
Location: Hybrid working (a combination of working from home and youth space in Dundee and Perth)
Closing date: 26 June, 2026
Salary: £25,982 to £28,143 pro rata

LBT Youth Scotland is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person to support the delivery of their youth work services. Join a vibrant team of staff and volunteers delivering high quality youth work services supporting LGBTQ+ young people.

Based in Tayside you will:

Develop and deliver an engaging and creative weekly youth group for LGBTQ+ young people.
Provide one to one support to LGBTQ+ young people through an asset based coaching model.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of youth work and make a lasting, and sometimes lifesaving, impact for LGBTQ+ young people.B
