See Me is Scotland’s Programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination.
This Delivery Manual and accompanying presentations are a six-activity starter pack intended to get young people and those in the youth sector considering how mental health stigma and discrimination can be tackled. These activities are flexible, simple and can be shared and delivered by peers, young people or youth workers.
The manual suggests a digital delivery, tips on how See Me have delivered the work and also leaves room for face to face delivery.
You will know your setting and community best. It is over to you to support the learning in the way you see fit. See Me’s core message is that you don’t need to be an expert to talk about mental health – this training focuses on just that.
