This funding directory lists hundreds of charity grants and youth work funds for practitioners, youth clubs, voluntary organisations, community projects and more.

You’ll find information on everything from small local grants for individual practitioners to national funding schemes for large-scale projects. You’ll also find information and guidance on our national funding partnerships here, including the National Voluntary Youth Organisation Support Fund.

The Britford Bridge Trust
A charity supporting the prevention or relief of poverty; the advancement of education; the advancement of health or the saving of lives; and the advancement of the arts, culture, heritage, or science. Applicants must have national or international reach. The next deadline is 30th June.

People’s Postcode Trust
People's Postcode Trust supports smaller charities and good causes in Scotland to make a difference to their community for the benefit of people and planet. The funding offered is unrestricted and therefore flexible. It can be used however it is most needed. The next round opens at 9am on 24th June and closes at 12 noon on  1st July.

Weavers Benevolent Fund
Funds are given to help disadvantaged young people, especially those at risk of offending, and to address problems faced by offenders, ex-offenders and their families. There is a preference for supporting smaller charities which provide direct services. The next deadline is 2nd July.

Ponton House Trust
Welcomes applications from locally-based charities focused on delivering activities in the Edinburgh and Lothian area that help vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people, and where a grant from the Trust will make a significant difference. The next deadline is 10th July.

The MSE Charity
Provides grants to UK non profit organisations to deliver activities which make a lasting impact on how people think, behave and manage their money. The outline for proposals for the next round opens on 6th July and closes on 13th July.

New Park Educational Trust
The Trust operates by giving grants to organisations and, less frequently, to individuals. The charitable object is the advancement of education for the public benefit. Priority has been given to North East Fife and surrounding areas, but projects have been helped throughout Scotland. The next deadline is 14th July.

The National Lottery Community Fund (Scotland) - Supporting Change - Carers
This funding is for projects that will improve the health of unpaid carers by supporting work that both reduces the unfair and avoidable differences in health for unpaid carers and addresses the root cause of the long-term problems, not just the symptoms. The deadline for stage one applications is 15th July.

The Awesome Foundation
The Awesome Foundation
Mini-grants are available under a special round of awards to local projects in Glasgow run by someone or groups of people aged 5 to 25. The next deadline is 29th July.

The Radcliffe Trust Music Grants
The Radcliffe Trust supports classical music performance and training, especially chamber music, composition and music education. The next application window opens on 1st May and closes on 31st July.

The Meikle Foundation
The Meikle Foundation (previously the Martin Connell Charitable Trust) has supported a wide range of charitable activities including medical, youth, aged and cultural. The Trustees tend to support charities which are predominantly based in Scotland (with a particular interest in initiatives in Aberdeen and Fife).

The Robert McAlpine Foundation
The Foundation was established by the family of Sir Robert McAlpine and gives grants to support small charities situated throughout the UK. Funding is focused on bespoke applications which aim to improve mental and physical wellbeing. This includes applications for care and carers, assistive equipment, befriending and community social activities, education, training, outward bounds and sport provision for vulnerable people.

Trefoil - Personal Development and Organisational Grants
Trefoil helps children, families, small groups, and organisations that support children and young people with special needs. Applications for holiday grants are open and considered all year. The deadline for organisational grants is 7th August.
