This funding directory lists hundreds of charity grants and youth work funds for practitioners, youth clubs, voluntary organisations, community projects and more.

You’ll find information on everything from small local grants for individual practitioners to national funding schemes for large-scale projects. You’ll also find information and guidance on our national funding partnerships here, including the National Voluntary Youth Organisation Support Fund.

We also run a number of National Grants Programmes, designed with and for the youth work sector in Scotland, distributing over £1m each year to youth work organisations across the country. You can contact us if you have any questions about our funding programmes.

People’s Postcode Trust
People's Postcode Trust supports smaller charities and good causes in Scotland to make a difference to their community for the benefit of people and planet. The funding offered is unrestricted and therefore flexible. It can be used however it is most needed. The next round opens at 9am on 24th June and closes at 12 noon on  1st July.

The Robert McAlpine Foundation
Funding is focused on bespoke applications which aim to improve mental and physical wellbeing. This includes applications for care and carers, assistive equipment, befriending and community social activities, education, training, outward bounds and sport provision for vulnerable people. The You’re Only Young Once (YOYO) Fund offers grants of up to £10,000 to organisations supporting children, young people, and families affected by drugs and alcohol. The fund has been designed by the young people from the ‘Be Different to Make a Difference Advisory Group’  as part of the Way Forward for Families Partnership Fund.  The next deadline is 1st September.
